Miko Plast AS inngår i BEFORM AS

Miko Plast AS is a company that constructs, designs and manufactures plastic products via injection molding, vacuum forming or machining processes. Miko Plast is a well-established company that has been providing high-quality plastic products for many years. The company has a strong reputation for innovation and has developed a range of products that are used in various industries.

BEFORM is predominately a manufacturer of injection molded plastics. The purpose of BEFORM is to create a go-to resource within our industry. BEFORM is predominately a sub supplier to the industry but we are also an owner of product assortments within certain industries.

The acquisition will enable BEFORM to strengthen its positionwithin the construction, design and engineering process prior to the serial production of products. The acquisition of Miko Plast will also enable BEFORM to develop new products and expand its customer base. BEFORM will continue to operate Miko Plast a separate entity, but going forward the name will be changed to BEFORM Oslo AS.

BEFORM Holding AS was founded in 2021 and is a wholly owned subsidiary by BEWI Invest AS which is also the majority owner of the listed company BEWI ASA.
